My bathroom renovation has just been completed to the highest standards and I couldn’t be happier. Peter and his team were meticulous and completely focused on me as the client. The work was completed ahead of schedule and in the couple of instances where there had to be changes to the project spec. Peter discussed everything with me fully in advance. I am very pleased to recommend Monument Projects and would certainly use the firm again.

We came across Monument Projects after speaking to about 8-9 builder about our bathroom renos. From the get go we could see that Peter was not like other builders! Peter’s focus on customer experience was evident from the beginning. Peter made the whole process of quotation a breeze & gave us heaps of ideas that helped us get started.He worked really closely with us to help with our decisions of choosing the type of accessories, even organised time for us to go into the stores.Peter was very forthcoming with the process, explained the whole schedule and what we should be expecting. Gave us a start date that he stuck to.During the whole construction process, Peter kept us across all the aspects to make sure we were happy with how everything was going.Cherry on the top was that the whole process finished in 3 weeks which was 1 week ahead of schedule.Overall, we were really impressed with the whole process from start to finish & will recommend Peter to all our family & friends.

After heavy rains in Jan-March 2022 my faith and trust in builders and the insurance industry was deflated. 2023 was a turn-around year regarding builders after appointing Monument Projects to manage my bathroom re-build. Definetly a 5 star business. I have other projects in mind and will not hesitate to appoint Monument Projects to the task.I appreciate their style of communication; everything noted and photgraphed in a group WhatsApp chat requesting owner's approval. The quality of work - excellent, the care taken of the property beyond the scope of works - excellent, the clean up at the end of works - excellent. And how many builders finish before quoted completion date? 3 weeks quoted to complete the works, actually completed within 2 weeks + 2 days and that included repairs to unexpected damage once the gyprock walls and floor were removed. Excellent 5 star diamond experience. Thank you Peter & team.

After 30 years it was high time to have the 2 bathrooms in my investment unit renovated. I settled for Monument Projects when Peter Nakhla, project manager, offered to start as soon as we had selected tiles, cabinets, fittings etc. and estimated 3 weeks for the completion.The process from start to finish took 3 weeks and 2 days and was carried out very professionally, with:- availability of contact with Peter and foreman Mateo at all times- clear payment schedule-discussions/explanations of necessary and optional changes requiring confirmation.The actual renovation was carried out with care and consideration for the two residents who decided to remain staying in the unit, having had access to the sporting and bathroom facilities at the property.The end result is two beautiful modern bathrooms with flawless finishes, I can highly recommend Monument Projects.

I renovated my apartment and am very pleased that I chose Monument Projects to do the work. It took longer than expected but that was due to the problems with lockdown, in spite of which we managed to keep going!Peter was great to deal with and I felt he always had my back. I would make special mention of my site manager, Mateo. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond the call of duty!
